What This Coaching Program Is (and Is Not)
I help therapists and other helping professionals who are struggling with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and limiting beliefs that interfere with building a practice that feels sustainable, aligned, and intentional.
My background as a licensed therapist informs my coaching work, but coaching sessions are non-clinical and do not involve diagnosis or treatment.
In this coaching program, clients gain insight into patterns that contribute to self-doubt and practice tools to shift how those patterns show up in business decisions.
This coaching focuses on professional self-concept and decision-making, not emotional healing, trauma work, or mental health treatment.
Who I Commonly Work With
I work with therapists and other helping professionals who are skilled at helping others but are struggling with their own self-doubt when it comes to creating a successful therapy practice. They don’t understand how others are getting better results, and often feel “imposter syndrome” in sessions with their clients.
Who Coaching Is a Good Fit For
This coaching is a strong match for therapists who are seeing clients themselves, feel stuck around visibility or confidence, are reflective, willing to examine their own patterns, and are looking for ongoing support rather than a quick fix.
Coaching may be a good fit if burnout or overwhelm are affecting your confidence or business decisions, but you are otherwise emotionally stable and functioning.
When Coaching Is Not Appropriate
Coaching is not appropriate if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, severe anxiety or depression, active trauma symptoms, or need mental health treatment. In those cases, therapy is the appropriate level of care.
Coaching is not appropriate when burnout or overwhelm involve emotional collapse, hopelessness, or the need for mental health treatment.
Program Structure and Format
This coaching program includes on-demand video lessons to gain foundational knowledge on relational patterns that influence confidence, visibility, and decision-making in business, and on the concept of the Law of Attraction; group coaching sessions conducted online to practice experiential tools to work with limiting beliefs in real-time business situations; and weekly supportive videos and emails to provide consistent support and guidance in the application of the material.
Business Areas We Focus On
Coaching conversations often apply to real-time business decisions such as:
-
Setting or raising fees
-
Starting or transitioning into private practice
-
Defining and maintaining boundaries with clients
-
Navigating comparison with other therapists
This program might be for you if:

This program is not for you if:
- You are in crisis or need mental health support in areas other than self-doubt
- You are not willing to dedicate time to watch recorded video lessons
- You prefer a one-time fee or looking for a one-time course
- You are not open to energetic and spiritual concepts outside of traditional religion
